On the Wall is an art consulting firm which provides a personal service-oriented experience for clients looking to acquire art in their home or office. We have relationships with many local, national, and international artists and galleries. We work with emerging artists as well as those more well known and established. Whenever possible we go to great lengths to allow our clients to preview work in their space before committing to a purchase. Contact us to arrange for a complimentary in-home consultation. Kelly Tuggle founded On the Wall in 2017. Prior to art consulting, Kelly worked at SFMOMA for 6 years and was a buyer in the apparel industry. Kelly received a BA in Art and Design from UCLA in 2001 and a degree in Merchandising from FIDM in 2004. Kelly is a member of SECA, an auxiliary of SFMOMA that is called upon to nominate local artists for an annual award and exhibition. She also holds a seat on the board of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County raising funds for at risk youth.
